User Identity

Know who you are hiring and who is hiring you

We're checking user identities - our people are real

At Contexto, we want to make sure everyone is using real identities. We don't allow multiple people to use a single Contexto account, and we may ask follow-up verification questions to confirm identity. Of course, we won't share your identity publicly unless you choose to do so.

We've got their details

As an additional security measure, we have Talent and Client phone numbers. This helps us ensure everyone has the right contact information.

Pre-screen

Before making a hiring decision, clients have the opportunity to ask Talents screening questions to Talents.

 

Privacy & Security

Your work is private and secure.

Your information stays with us

All of the information you provide to Contexto is for the benefit of the employer/consultant relationship. We won't collect your information and sell it.

Real people

Public or private – it's up to you

Employers and consultants have the option to decide whether they want their job postings and profiles to be public or private. This gives you the flexibility to decide when and how you want to share your information.

We're serious about security

Security is serious business at Contexto. We only serve data across encrypted connections and employ best-practices when it comes to data security.

 

We're Watching Over the Workplace

We take a hands-on approach to monitoring the projects and people that appear on Contexto.

Real projects

We have rules for clients creating job postings and we're always monitoring to make sure they're upheld. Once a job is submitted, we'll review it within 60 minutes. If it's not legitimate, it doesn't get on the site.

Fair representation

Our Talents are required to follow our policies that promote honesty and accuracy in the representation of their abilities and Talentise.

NDA already in place

Part of being a consultant at Contexto is agreeing to a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) for all projects. This means you'll have an NDA already in place when you hire talents through Contexto.

You have the power

If something doesn't seem right, employers and contractors can flag it. Spam and abusive or inappropriate content can always be brought to our attention so we can keep our marketplace honest.

Feedback

Clients must complete a feedback form after each Talent engagement. This helps Contexto and prospective clients to find the best Talents. We take appropriate action on neutral or bad reviews.
