If Contexto, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Contexto goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Contexto may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Does Contexto use personal information for direct marketing?
From time to time we may use the personal information we collect from you to identify particular Contexto services that we believe may be of interest to you. We may then contact you to let you know about these services, new features and how they may benefit you, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Contexto and our products.
