We advise all freelancers to ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for the types of services they provide, and for clients to ensure this meets their specific needs.

You can specify your budget when you post your project brief. Keep in mind that freelancers can charge between €500 and €5,000 per day and firms often work on a monthly retainer, cost per deliverable or other arrangement.
For each hire, we charge a base fee of 20%, or depending on the duration and complexity of the project, on top of the rate you agree with your chosen freelancer or firm. If you post a project, or are otherwise introduced to the firm or freelancer via Contexto and decide to engage, the fee will apply.
When you find a freelancer through Contexto you'll be charged 20% of the freelancer's annual remuneration package if you hire them on a permanent basis.
If you've already hired the freelancer outside of the platform, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the annual salary or the fees you have otherwise have paid (whether on casual or part-time or consultancy basis).

Firms and freelancers may have different pricing arrangements depending on the industry and type of service provided. Typical pricing arrangements include:
Contexto can provide you with guidance during negotiations by helping you understand common practise given the type of work and industry.
You can easily extend your project once it has kicked off. Any follow-on work within 1 year of your project's commencement is subject to Contexto's fee.
Our Talents are responsible for scoping and delivering work for clients and agreeing terms and deliverables. As per our Terms of Service, firms and freelancers are independent contractors and Contexto is not responsible for the quality of work.
You are able to control who has access to your project information in two ways depending on the level of privacy you need. Firstly, by creating a blind project brief where no specific information about the client is described. Contexto will never show your company information without you specifying in the project brief. Secondly, as a further precautionary measure, you can list the project as "private; invite only". This ensures that only firms and freelancers who are invited to the project have access to it.
It's also important to note, that as part of our Terms of Service, firms and freelancers agree to not disclose confidential information. It's also common for clients to ask service providers to sign confidentiality agreements prior to disclosing sensitive information.
